Excellent customer service this was my first purchase. They were very helpful and patient. Helped me with interstate shipping which came very quickly within 2 days of ordering. Packed very well and secure. All round very satisfied great communication and quick responses. I highly recommend.

Amazing service. Have been a customer for our dog food for sometime. Didn't realise you sold mulch and bark as well. With free delivery for local delivery, will always be buying our mulch from you. Next time will order for delivery with the dog food!

After lots of Google searching, I finally found two (almost matching) Kazoo dog jumpers to fit my Lab & Schnoodle on the Woonona Pet Foods (NSW) website. I ordered them (in SA) on Wed 14 June & to much delight of the dogs, they arrived on Tues 20 June. What excellent customer service. Thank you

I just had one of their delivery drivers hurling abuse and challenge me to a fight at a set of lights. After He took exception to me going around him in the left lane, after he had been driving 20ks under the speed limit in the right lane for the previous 5kms. I normally use them for all my pet food supplies as I have 5 cats. That won’t be happening anymore. Nice work 🔧

Popped in today after I didn’t get an update about my click and collect order. Staff were friendly and helpful! While I waited by the counter two other staff members asked if I was all good which I appreciated :). I’m usually a pet barn girly since it’s a bit closer, but I think I’ll come back to this shop since I had such a lovely experience.
